People like Ryan are creatures of habit, they succumbed long ago to their fear of the media, and are missing the fact that there’s been a revolution, they don’t see the depth and breadth of the anger that’s out here in the hinterlands.
They don’t grasp that political correctness has reached its sell-by date. They simply cannot fathom that the media, having sold us a bill of goods for so long, has lost its ability to persuade.
Trump can win. They don’t get that a revolution has already occurred.
The government will be stormed, looted, and razed to the ground this November. They still won’t know what hit them.

People like Ryan live in a ‘bubble’. Perhaps at one time they knew and understood their constituents. But once they get to D.C. they are surrounded by the bureaucracy and the lobbyists as well as the inside the beltway media-heads.
The best solution as I see it is to have them all come home and tele-commute to work and get to know their neighbors and constituents once again.
