I work in a business that replaces batteries. The latest says 2 per hour.
I confronted the instructor on this and he walked away.
46 per hour at 70lbs each. I’m ranting because I need to.
46 in and out is 92. It’s hard. The SAFETY INSTRUCTOR was shocked that everyone in my district does this.
The reason I rant is because they are teaching us about injury and back pain on the job.
We are doing everything against policy, yet expected to do it.
They are very close.
Good grief! They don’t expect much, do they????
And what do they expect when someone gets crippled up by a permanently bunged up back from all this? That the person just suck it up and deal with it?
