He is employed by the Federal Protective Service, which “guards” federal buildings in and around DC. My experience with these cretins is that they are several notches below the typical LEO.I know someone who works in a Federal building and a homeless guy snuck in was staying there unmolested for days. Walked around with a green garbage bag and stole someone's coat.
