A rule of thumb is to go 3 hours before the doors open, just to get inside. Of course it all depends on where you want to be located in regard to the speaker’s podium, and what kind of venue it is, and what is the capacity. Lines are forming 12 hours in advance.
In Costa Mesa the Gates were supposed to open at 4:00.
I showed up at 2:45 and got to my seat about 5:00.
When I got there I didn’t see any Protestors, but someone in line said there was a Protestor in the Parking Lot.
I parked near the Media Satellite Trucks and when I came out I didn’t see any of the Illegals Protesting. Just saw a bunch of Cop Cars with their Lights and Sirens and I assumed they were there to Escort Trump’s Motorcade out.
When I got home I fired up FR and the TV and saw the commotion. Inside the Venue we didn’t have a clue what was happening outside. I felt a bit out of touch. LOL
