Well, there’s absolutely no easy answer for this .. and I know some will not agree with my opinion; but that’s all it is .. my opinion.
Sometimes, when new Christians come face to face with their decision to follow Christ, they are not counseled correctly, or they are led off in another direction than where GOD intended them to go.
I do not agree with the tenants of the Mormon religion. If people really think back, most of Glenn’s odd behavior began right after he made the decision to join the Mormon Church. I heard that it was a family issue between Glenn and his wife, and I heard Glenn let his wife decide where they would go to church.
The Bible is clear .. “GOD sets ..” meaning, that GOD has a specific place for you to receive your Biblical training. GOD has a specific place, because it’s where you will receive the teaching of the Bible that you need, which will correspond more closely with what GOD may call you to do.
You have free will, and you can choose to go your own way; but sadly, it can cause confusion .. and the resulting odd behavior.
I know some people will not understand what I’m saying, but I’ve seen it happen more than once.
