No, it's just that Trump the Republican presidential candidate can't explicitly campaign against his own party's sitting Speaker of the House. That would be very bad strategy. He's supposed to be the party unifier and the optics of that would be ghastly.
Once in office, the levers of power grow exponentially greater and Trump will know how to use them all to best effect. The incumbents know that, which is why they are fearful.

No, Trump should not run against Ryan specifically, but we the people can support Paul Nehlen. I despise what Ryan has done as a common sense person. How dare Ryan push Obama’s Omnibus Bill adding $1 Trillion to the National Debt. How dare Ryan push the TPP. How dare Ryan NOT defund Obama unlawful executive order on immigration (why the hell is $17,000+ allocated to illegal children crossing the border by themselves when Seniors on Social Security did not get an increase this year?). How dare Ryan support the Corker Bill that helped Obama’s Iran deal. Shame on Ryan! Shame! Shame!
