With little name recognition he doesn’t have a chance. He doesn't need a "chance." He just has to keep Trump from getting 270 Electoral College votes. If he could force the election into the House, the Paul Ryan led Republicans would choose him over Trump to become the next President.
It's the Cruz strategy, taken to the next level.
