On June 19, 2015 Ann Coulter predicted Donald Trump would be the best candidate to win the general election. The liberal audience roared with delight. They thought it was the funniest thing they ever heard. coulter trump maher
Bill Maher: Ann, which Republican candidate has the best chance of winning the general election?
Ann Coulter: Of the declared ones, right now, Donald Trump. (liberal audience roars).
Ann then added Democrats would have a better candidate in Bernie Sanders than Hillary Clinton:
Ann Coulter: If you ran Bernie Sanders it would be much tougher
It would much tougher to beat him than Hillary.

Yup. Methinks Sanders is still in the race because he expects Hillary will exit for reasons.
Much harder to beat, because he actually _believes_ his rhetoric. She’s just saying whatever to get elected ... and like a dog chasing a car, won’t have a clue what to do with the Presidency should she get it. He, however, will turn us into the Soviet Union Mk. 2.
Alas for Sanders, there's little chance of that happening. It will either be Hillary vs. Trump or Biden vs. Trump (if Obama can figure a way to get rid of Hillary without allowing her to bring him down too in the process).
The DNC powers-that-be no more want Sanders being their flag bearer than the RNC powers wanted to see Trump in that role. The difference is that the RNC still has sufficient remnant of honor that they won't stoop to open fraud and mayhem to maintain their hold on power. The DNC is under no such constraints.
Bernie would EO/EM us all into bankruptcy. It’s why the GOP will do nothing on Hillary’s email issues, and quietly do plenty to help her.
The Juneteenth prediction comes to pass, unless convention shenanigans ensue.
Last year, after I read her article, I told my co-workers, “Trump is going to be our next President.”
They all laughed.
Ann, you nailed it when you gave “the facts” about how voters have been voting against illegal immigration since at least 2007...
