If Clinton couldn’t follow the rules as Sec. of State, would she follow rules as President? The country needs to wake up. The Clintons think they are above the law, just like Obama. We need people in office who follow the law.

IIRC, the President of the United States is the ultimate Classification Authority. He/She delegates that authority to others. She would be able to declassify anything she wanted.
