Lovely stories about millions of dollars of parts/engines/equipment that they were REQUIRED to dump in the trash heap whenever another unit was coming in to relieve them.
Just one example he shared: They needed an engine for an ambulance. No inventory...might take 2 days to arrive from Kuwait. So, they went out to the "dump" (not supposed to do that of course)...AND GOT A NEW ONE STILL IN THE FACTORY CRATE...so that they could keep the ambulance running. Yes, it had been thrown away...and there were piles of them. Gotta keep that inventory turning doncha know?
The Bush family & their allies are a den of thieves.
That is some story.
The money to buy that wasted material is part of the $19 trillion debt we owe, too.
Love your screenname.
Just watched some Youtube videos on the M-1 Garand the other day—terrific weapon.
