Conservatism has died.
No it hasn't. Most conservatives have realized that we need to back a winner who is willing to put this country first, no matter what. We were willing to vote for the lesser evil when Dole, GWB, McCain and Romney were shoved down our throats. They tried it again with Jeb! and we said no way in hell!
Conservatives who are backing Trump are under no illusions as to his ideology. None at all...but we know that he's a common sense leader and a true patriot. In this election, after the nightmare of the last seven and a half years...that's enough for me.
