The problem with West Virginia is their messed up delegate selection method. You have to vote for the at-large delegates directly (and there are 22 you have to select). I think there are like 300 delegates to choose or something. Then I also believe you separately have to choose your local CD delegates. It's going to take good organization from Manafort to get Trump all the delegates. The only 3 delegates to go by popular vote is the RNC 3. And we all know complicated ballots favor the GOP-e
"The 18% of voters who are undecided is unusually high and speaks to the number of registered Democrats in West Virginia who don't really identify with the national party at this point. Among the undecideds Sanders has a 15/77 favorability rating and Clinton's even worse off at 12/84 so there may end up being a decent mass of voters who just don't vote for either of the candidates.
Remember, West Virginia almost voted for an inmate over Obama last cycle in the primary.
