That makes no sense. If the man is working 50-60 (or whatever) hours, why is he eligible for taxpayer-funded food stamps?? He may not be eligible. It's fairly common for food stamp recipients to sell their food stamps for penny's on the dollar so they can have cash to buy cigarettes and booze. I've seen people offering to buy food stamps/WICC cards when they're getting ready to go grocery shopping.

Yes, Boston-based conservative talk radio host Howie Carr talks about this stuff going on in Massachusetts constantly. This kind of crap needs to stop.
