I don't want to watch a video. (playback failed anyway) Can you sum it up?

On your second link, perhaps you could circle the part that might constitute a lie?

Seems like it's just an ill thought out policy position.

DiogenesLamp, the reason I sent a video as did other Freepers is because they provide actual proof of lies being spoken by Ted Cruz, juxtaposed with the statements that he is flagrantly misrepresenting.

Anything other than video is hearsay. So I suggest if you really want to know why many Freepers are so down on Ted Cruz you invest the 5-10 minutes to see the video

LOL. Cruz supports more legal guest workers, a 500% increase as well as removing the country caps for Indians, Chinese, and Mexicans. Senator Sessions voted against this amendment. Cruz claims to support American workers. He uses a bogus Brookings Report touting the advantages of bringing in more immigrants. There is a reason why Senator Sessions, Kris Kobach, and Phyllis Schlafly endorsed Trump. Or that Steve Miller, a staffer from Sessions office and lead guy on trade and immigration issues joined the Trump campaign.

It is BS that there is a playback issue with the 9 minute video of Cruz extolling the virtue of increased immigration.

Seems like it's just an ill thought out policy position.<

It is more than that. Cruz said he has never supported amnesty, but it is clear he has.

Asked about what to do with the people here illegally, however, he stressed that he had never tried to undo the goal of allowing them to stay.

“The amendment that I introduced removed the path to citizenship, but it did not change the underlying work permit from the Gang of Eight,” he said during a recent visit to El Paso. Mr. Cruz also noted that he had not called for deportation or, as Mitt Romney famously advocated, self-deportation.

Rubio called Cruz a liar on the immigration issue and on that he was correct. Ted has done many flip-flops on the road to Cleveland.
