Yep. Doesn't seem to be polling for an agenda. Started with a polling model (sample over a long period of time) that was contaminated with events, like the Cruz/Kasich pact and naming of a running mate.
I don't know the guy, so my defense of him as "not a hack" is more like extending a presumption.
