RE: Yes they are. Read the articles.

I’d like you to read these articles :

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/08/19/ted-cruz-birth-certificate_n_3779105.html

Ted Cruz Releases Birth Certificate Amid Eligibility Discussion

Note the date -— THAT WAS 2 1/2 years ago.

The document, published by the Dallas Morning News, confirms that Cruz was born in Calgary, Alberta to an American mother, immediately making Cruz a citizen of both the United States and Canada.

He of course renounced his Canadian Citizenship, so I don’t know why you keep on harping about “Canadian” when it no longer applies to him.

Senator Cruz became a U.S. citizen at birth, and he never had to go through a naturalization process after birth to become a U.S. citizen.

Secondly, if Ted Cruz were not a US Citizen as those Google links you provide insinuates, what passport did he use to travel overseas to Israel, Ukraine and opther cpuntries?

see here:

http://dailysignal.com/2014/05/28/overseas-trip-cruz-lends-support-israel-ukraine/

How can he go as a US Senator without an American Passport?

Can a Canadian Citizen who is not an American legislator and who does not hold a US passport meet with Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon, Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein, Economy Minister Naftali Bennett and the opposition Labor Party’s Knesset leader, Isaac Herzog?

Common sense tells us that all these conspiracy theories are NUTS.

Finally, we have had as far as I can count, several court challenges to Ted Cruz’s eligibility to ran for President — from New Hampshire to Pennsylvania (Supreme Court) to New Jersey. ALL of these courts have found him eligible.

Yet, people persists in insisting he isn’t. I find this pathetic.

Look, if you don’t like Ted Cruz that’s your prerogative, but the least you could do is argue against him base on his RECORD and POLICIES. That you have to resort to conspiracy theories is just sad.
