Hillary may have the political capital to thwart an indictment but she has a long, long history of scandals that Trump will most certainly exploit to make this a close race. Plus, like Ted Cruz, most people just don't like her.

If Trump wins in November he can warn Obama to not pardon ANYBODY. Then he goes after all the Lieutenants that worked for Hillary. Just make sure the fall guys pay a BIG price. Let that be a lesson to those ‘team players’.
