I have friends who are stuck with early votes for Marco Rubio - - boy are they sorry.
Does early voting in Indiana have any impact on Trump’s numbers?
I would think to a small degree. They are votes that won’t count toward people still running - but just like every other state which had actual voting, thousands voted for drop out candidates and non candidates.
