He's comfortably ahead of Cruz
Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump is enjoying a large advantage in Indiana ahead of the states pivotal May 3 primary, according to a new poll.
The NBC News/Wall Street Journal survey shows the billionaire Trump leading Texas Sen. Ted Cruz by 15 points, 49% to 34%. Ohio Gov. John Kasich, who is also still in the race, brings up the rear with 13% of likely Republican primary voters...

The GOPe will force Cruz out of the race once Trump wins in Indiana. The GOPe hates Trump, but knows stopping him means self-destructing the party.
Good! Hope Trump will win in the actual election and Cruz will finally give up this hopeless sharade.
Does it matter? Ted will just steal the delegates...

Oh gee what about poor iCarly ????
Does he have an understudy? Who will take his place?
I saw Jeb just the other day repeating his “Trump isn’t going to be the nominee of our party.” After saying that, he clicked the heels of his ruby red slippers 3 times, and said, “there’s no place like home” and away he went.
“Oh gee what about poor iCarly ????”
she got to give her singing audition - maybe she’ll start getting gig offers for her spare time?
That seems logical. But the GOPe and Cruz have not shown themselves to be logical thus far in this campaign.
However the dam is breaking. This week, several establishment GOP pols have come out for Trump. Next week we may see a flood.
Even in Nebraska, the tide seems to be turning...
Why do they keep calling every primary “pivotal”? Cruz is finished.
This new Indiana poll is very bad news for the Stop Trump movement

The poll gives Trump a 15-point lead in the state. Even if the poorly laid plans of Ted Cruz and John Kasich had come to fruition and Kasich had vanished from the scene, Trump would still lead Cruz...
Part of the reason Trump still beats Cruz one-on-one is that Indiana Republicans think that the clumsy attempt at an alliance between Cruz and Kasich was, in short, dumb. Nearly six in 10 disapproved of the ploy, which lasted about four hours...

Once Trump tromps Cruz and Kasich in Indiana, there will be a run on straight-jackets and Haldol. They may need some electroshock therapy for Kasich who is also fully convinced that the Chicago Blackhawks will win the Stanley Cup.
Carly fell of the stage in Indiana tonight at Cruz rally.
Hoping Trump gets enough to outright get the nomination w/o any of that contested convention crap - starting to look like he might do it in a romp.
Cruz has alienated so many that any hopes he ever had are now dead - if he had seen and accepted the writing on the wall, he could have prepped for a later run. I think he had plans that required him to win this time and that's why he's screwing with the will of the voting People in a spiteful hissy fit.
I agree.
