Are you sure? Are these changes in delegate allegiance being reflected in the totals that are shown at various web sites?

It seems to me that the news agencies reporting the delegate counts are not readjusting any of the earlier results. They are just relying on the original rules of the various caucuses and primaries to assign delegates.

The “allegiances” only apply to a second ballot effort. Bound delegates can’t change their vote on the first ballot.
