I just read an article that specifically speaks about Cruz and the Marine in Mexico. He actually fought tooth and nail to get him pulled out of prison. He wasn’t alone but he was extremely vocal about it.

More likely he was very vocal and did nothing about it. Cruz never missed a chance to posture while Trump does his good deeds and never mentions them again.
Donald helped get the guy out. Ted Cruz stood by and did nothing.
Cruz is a freaking fraud. He only did what he thought would help him politically. He never did a thing out of the goodness of heart.
The guy makes me want to hurl.
