In the WND cover article (which does not link to the complaint or a reply), there is an assertion that the Cruz campaing was given instructions on how to obtain the Eagle Forum membership list. Seems somebody in Eagle Forum breached a duty, and rather than act ethicallly, team Cruz took advantage of the breach.
