Does that indicate, like Giuliana (and wasn’t there another one? Maybe Pence?) that leaves himself a little wiggle room by not actually ENDORSING but rather just saying “I’ll vote for him”?

Perry already endorsed Cruz in January. I posted two links with the actual facts above.

I'm not going to spend my time looking for the Breitbart article. Here's another example, but at least, it's much MORE HONEST.

Mike Pence: I’m ‘Grateful’ to Donald Trump, Will Campaign for Him if He Wins

Pence said in an Indianapolis radio interview that he is “grateful” for Trump’s economic campaign themes.

“I’m not against anybody but I will be voting for Ted Cruz in the upcoming Republican primary,” Pence said.

“Let me be very, very clear on this, Greg. Whoever wins the Republican nomination for president of the United States I’m going to work my heart out to get elected this fall.”

See? Pence said "Whoever wins the Republican nomination", but the Breitbart editor or board of editor's turned it into TRUMP.
