I saw the clip — he said he WILL support Trump in the end, meaning, I think, presuming Trump is the nominee, in response to one of the women saying “I haven’t heard any of your people saying you will back him”, ‘at the end of the day.’

Cruz could have said that, as would most any Republican — it would mean he will support the nominee.

As it should be (although several posters have said they would never vote for Cruz even if he were the nominee). We can't afford another 8 years of Obama's policies.
