It was inevitable. The one thing you can count on is that those in the game desperately want to stay in the game. Once the tide turns the GOPe opposition will simply melt away. They want to keep their jobs, and they will (for now).
The real battle will begin in January.

It’s time for Cruz and his supporters to face reality, get on the Trump train and work on defeating Hillary and the Dems.
There will be other times and opportunities for Cruz later on.

40% of the GOP is not going to vote for Trump. Most democrats flocking to Trump in the primaries will return without hesitation to right to Hillary in November. Trump folks set the house of GOP on fire. Congrats you are inheriting a gutted ruin. Good luck beating the local dog catcher with that.
75% of the GOP wont vote for cruise. NO democrats flocking to Trump in the primaries will vote cruise in November.
If the GOP is a gutted ruin, GLOBALISTS like turtle, boner, ryan and cruise did it.

McCloud-Strife,
If your username is based off of the game Final Fantasy 7, like mine is, you should know that Cloud Strife, Tifa and Barrett would all agree with Trump and he is making Midgar great again :)
PS: For everyone else, inside joke for fans of the game. Trump 2016.

Hope they’re not expecting acceptance of the GOPe by the voters anytime soon.

Today Trump picked up a few more percent in the general election when we saw thousands of illegals rioting to prevent him from speaking.
And, the cowardly local LE and Secret Service making him go in by the back door instead of driving up to the entrance like he should. I saw hundreds of Federal felonies on TV today and no arrests. They should have been arresting these guys by the hundreds and shipping them to Joe Arpaio's tent city for a few weeks of spring camping.

So what this means is the establishment now has to be vetted for those pretending support for Trump rather than a simple interest in keeping their established position.

All indications are that Cruz always appealed to a narrower base than Trump and Cruz has been alienating a lot of his base with his "stalwart" efforts to thwart the will of the People.
Trump will likely resemble Reagan's outcome and Cruz would make Romney look like a master campaign closer....

More made up stats Just from a suffolk university poll via the drudge report. You betcha I just pulled it out of my ass. Facts are very inconvenient to Trump supportersUnlike the Cruz supporters who gleefully tell us that more people have voted against Trump than have voted for him - while ignoring that even more have voted against Cruz than have voted for him (Trump has a couple million more votes than Cruz) and don't have a problem when Cruz does what they have been sniveling about as the GOPe has thwarted the will of the People time and again. Funny how the "Champion of the People works so hard to thwart the People and try for a back door route that entails working with the system that he claims to want to crush....
Some "stats" are valid and others are red herrings designed to obscure the real truth - bend over and produce all that you want - it won't change reality.....
