MENDELSSOHN: QUARTET IN D, OP. 44/1, MOLTO ALLEGRO VIVACEFelix Mendelssohn could write like a pro in his teens. He uses a lot of notes and likes to write very fast movements. This movement in sonata format is very, very fast, and its a lot of fun. The first violinist in this quartet is a champ.
