Yes, the entire panel on Fox News’ “Outnumbered” said just that. They said Pence’s endorsement didn’t sound heartfelt or sincere. They said it smacked of back room arm-twisting... Coercion, even.

Sure sounded like Pence was hedging his bet. Probably told by the RNC to forget any re-election support if he didn't do the deed.
