I think who ever posted the warning is spot on. Target allows “trans gender” freaks to use whichever bathroom they want to. Think this is only a sympathetic move for those poor confused souls? Who defines trans gender, and gender identity? What are the minimum criteria? Suppose I walk in there, full-blooded 100% male but I say I’ve decided to identify as a woman and I’m just starting my journey of transformation? You don’t want to discriminate against me, right? So literally anyone can claim to be anywhere on the spectrum and Target’s policy will allow them to “go” where ever they please.
OK, so I’m a 100% heterosexual male who one day decides that I’d like to know what it’s like to be a lesbian. However, I have to be a woman to be a lesbian, right? So I “logically” conclude that, in order to be a lesbian, I must “identify” as a woman - at least temporarily and for the purposes of my inquisitiveness about being a lesbian. I enter the womens’ bathroom in a store hoping to meet a fellow lesbian, but I’m turned in by a woman who’s not nearly as open-minded as I am.
Which of us has broken the law...?
Is this not the most idiotic pile of steaming dung that you can imagine? A national debate on whether men should use the mens’ room and women the womens’ room. Lord help us!
