The reason it is being used by the media is to somehow invoke the images of the 1930s when the America First committee was active. It is a derogatory propagandistic term.

Rush mentioned this today. It's pathetic how the liberals want everything their way all the time. Eighty years ago 'America first' meant isolationism. These t**rds claim it means the same thing now. But...in 1789 a well regulated militia meant well drilled and managed. Today, the liberals aver, it means it needs to be under the thumb of FEDGOV.

Something only means what THEY say it means in their perverted world. Liberalism IS a mental disorder.
