There are a lot of good choices.

In my opinion, an excellent or even the best choice would be Dr. Condoleezza Rice. She has superb credentials, including having been National Security Advisor for pres. GW Bush.

She would truly be an asset and also coincidentally would show everyone that Trump selects the best people for his administration, regardless of color, race or gender.

No input on prospective VP’s, but notice the way the author writes this article.

Clearly he is begrudgingly admitting Trump has had great success, but takes every opportunity to attempt to belittle and marginalize Trump’s legitimacy.

Can’t wait until these mainstream media swine have to utter the name “President Trump”.

Trump leans libertarian. The best choice is someone who is acceptable to both the left and right. He has also stated he wants someone who has experience.in government. I think, based on his own statements, Rand Paul is the obvious choice.

Not Christie because New Jersey is New York's neighbor, though Christie would otherwise be a good choice, particularly as an advocate for Trump's policies as President. Geographic diversity is still important in a running mate. Christie would also be the IDEAL choice for Attorney General if Trump wins. I don't like a lot of Christie's policies but he is a good man overall, and would be a good President.

IMO Trump will either choose a VP based on either whoever can deliver the final delegates he needs for the nomination, or whoever Trump feels can best help him win the November election. The former depends on Trump needing a few more delegates at the convention. IMO Kasich is pretty high on both lists, though Rubio would certainly be better for November. I'd rather not have either as a replacement President. Rubio does have growth potential in that regard.

Cruz as VP would very much unify the party. I'd rather have Cruz on the Supreme Court, particularly as Scalia's replacement, but he would probably be the best replacement President of the bunch.

I still really like Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. He was my first choice for the nomination, and I hope Trump selects him for VP. What especially strikes me about Walker is his character.

Harriet Tubman as VP.
No one expects the VP to do anything so she would be perfect as she passed away in 1913......
