I plan to vote for Trump in November, but I don’t understand the animosity between supporters of Trump and Cruz. Both are miles ahead of Romney or McCain, and there’s a lot that needs to be fixed in this country, including at least one SC seat to be filled by the next president. I’d happily cast my vote for either man in the general.
The animosity is due to the divisive campaign of Rafael “Ted” Cruz. His there are 99 dirt bags and one Saint Ted in the Senate “principled conservative” routine has done great damage to the GOP. Rand nailed him on this in the last debate when you basically called Cruz a fraud.
I don’t understand the crude raving anger towards Cruz from Trump supporters. Wouldn’t you vote for Cruz if he wins the nomination? I know many of you are fine folks, just regret hearing the Canadian, Lyin Ted diatribe. It make us at FR look like fools.
The animosity is in part due to posts like this. I get real tired of being told I’m not smart or am low information because I support Trump.
Also, I don’t trust Cruz, never have - long before Trump even got into the race.
I was a Cruz supporter at first, then when Trump entered the race I reevaluated my choice. On FB from day one Cruz supporters called Trump names and those who support him.
The Cruz campaign started the whole wife attack issue with Beck attacking Trumps wife on the air saying she was in lesbian porno shoots.
I lost all respect for Cruz the very day he paraded Beck out in public. Beck is nuts.
We all belive what we want to believe. I believe I would be just as opposed to Trump if he was only running against Romney and McCain.
We can force Mexico and China to build our mausoleum while we choke on abortion, sodomy and socialist statism.

I’d happily cast my vote for the only American in the General.”
