PowerLine was my go-to blog for quite a few years. This season’s primary ended it. The guys that run PowerLine all went rabidly anti-Trump almost overnight. And except for a few hardy and brave souls, their minions drove us out of the comments section and off their blog.

And it wasn’t that they were Cruzers either, they disliked Cruz almost as much as Trump. They were all open borders Rubio and Carly fanatics. I suppose they are all Cruz now with Carly on board and the new positioning of Cruz as the Anti-Trump.

In any case, I have been without PowerLine long enough not to even miss them any more, just like I have with Levin.

In truth most Conservative sites have a rich GOPE backer of sometime paying their bills. I saw it with Ace of spades hq and it seems common everywhere on the right and probably the left to. They became the new gate keepers to keep the peasants in line.
