Cruz donors at this point are suckers. Not other reason Cruz would be embarrassing himself so much. The minute Cruz suspends, hundreds of people will literally not have a paycheck deposited into their checking account the following week. That is just one of the slimy reasons Cruz continues to stay in at this point. It is always about the money and power. His campaign wants to give those who are about to lose their gravy train Cruz job, time to get another job lined up and not lose any income. And the only way they can pay Cruz campaign staff is With Other Peoples Money, i.e. stupid Cruz donars. No other reason Cruz would be embarrassing himself so much at this point. Something is off. Someone on the Cruz campaign needs to man up and call for an intervention. There is too much second hand embarrassment. The SNL jokes write themselves.
