Would Ross Perot have saved us from just in time manufacturing as well?

It's obvious that the republicans and democrats didn't. And thanks to Ted and the GOP cheap labor express, they are going after tech jobs.

Is it your contention that we need to be saved from just in time manufacturing? Carrying inventory isn't costly and makes companies more competitive?
