Does that include the jerk who pepper-sprayed the little girls? Nothing more violent than a peacenik!
I agree the sprayer was a jerk and should be charged, but explain to me why a parent would take small children to situation where some sort of violent exchange should have been anticipated. This is not a comment on supporters or detractors of anyone per se, but considering how high emotions have been running, I would not have taken my children into the situation.
