what is the back story with Rush? Did he and Trump have a fight years ago? I'm wondering as well. Months ago, Rush talked about his friendship with Donald Trump: "I play golf at a lot of his resorts", etc. And Trump often publicly praised Rush's radio show. Weird.

More likely it’s that Team Cruz polished his ego and Team Trump didn’t. Rush is highly susceptible to flattery.
