Bolton has surely been brought in or reeled in to keep him from being an enemy. Bolton has been pretty unmoved by TRUMP earlier in the contest.
CNN is busy dismantling the speech with Leftists paneling.

As a Cruz supporter who is extremely irritated with Cruz having been slandered and attacked with uncalled for personal insults- I will give credit where credit is due.
It was a fine, substantive, presidential speech.
