Pence endorsement of Cruz would assure his loss in the governors race. Trump is ahead in the polls. Pence can read the polls

Only the establishment is really pushing him now.

I said that was one of the possibilities earlier (perhaps on this thread). Pence has said he wasn’t going to endorse, but that could, of course, change if he’s getting pressure for support from the RNC, especially since I heard he may have a bit of a tough time being re-elected.

Other posts have said that someone from Pence’s team have said he would be elsewhere tonight, which makes me think that he won’t be endorsing because one is normally with the candidate when endorsing same.
