Davey, I have to believe he honestly believes that there will be a second vote at the convention. But if there is, he still won’t be the nominee unless he knows something we don’t. This Veep announcement, if it is that, can only be due to the fact that his back is against the wall—an act of desperation. And what person would hitch their wagon to a failing candidacy? What does she know that we don’t?
