Hillary Clinton continues to maintain that she is not under criminal investigation, characterizing the FBI probe as just one of many "security reviews" that are being conducted.
But Napolitano said on Fox News' America's Newsroom Monday that "this is about as serious an investigation as there could be.... The FBI does not do security assessments, the State Department does. The FBI does criminal investigations."
He said on Friday that he believes the FBI has more than enough evidence to indict and convict Clinton.
“The evidence of her guilt is overwhelming,” Judge Napolitano stated. “And the FBI knows a lot more about it than I do.” He said he is “100-percent certain” that the FBI has enough evidence to indict and convict.
Whether she is indicted or not, Hillary faces a catastrophe, Napolitano says. "Probably so catastrophic that she will be replaced on the Democratic ticket."

This whole FBI leak thing reminds me of the Ken Starr investigation, which was being opposed by Republicans, the Trey Gowdy Benghazi investigation, etc. It is a kabuki theater disinformation campaign designed to let off steam while the clock ticks on. Stall, stall and the public will forget and move on.
Her Royal Hipness will not be indicted. She is too powerful and influential. Anyone who crosses her winds up dead.
Napolitano says a lot of things that I would hope to be true. However, he often prognosticates incorrectly.
Yup. No doubt. And, I suddenly believe in man caused glow-bull dicombobulation as well.
There is more than mishandling classified e-mails involved. The FBI is also looking at bribery involving the Clinton Foundation. That could include Bill Clinton and Webb Hubbel’s daughter as well. It could get interesting.
The only way I’d watch the Demonicrat Convention is if there were an extremely high probability that dog-snarling, taser-firing, handcuffing FBI agents would raid the place on primetime TV, and drag Satan’s daughter off the stage, cursing and foaming at the mouth, to be charged with giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

If she gets exempted from prosecution she should be exiled, preferably to some place like Ascension I. Or Reunion I. not Long Island. Its going to come down to what ValJar and Obama want.

I’ll believe it when I see it. And I don’t expect to see it.
If this starts dragging Hillary down (further) against Trump, Obama may have to indict her just to get her to step aside for Uncle Joe.
Worse would be having a President or President-elect indicted and we go through another era having a President who wasn’t elected. Hard telling what kind of commie she might pick as a running mate.
The judge is only looking at it from a legal and ethical standpoint. In the bizarro world of the 0bama regime, the Rule of Law is whatever Caliph Hussein decrees and ethics are unknown. Put those together and Madam Benghazi will never be indicted or prosecuted.
If he and David Morris agree on a subject it’s a sure bet in the other direction.
