My 77 year old mother, whom never drove, let alone receive a ticket, is on the "no fly list". Took Vic Snyder (D) and Tim Griffin (R) to get her off of it. Name similarity to some fugitive 50 years her younger and a different race. Go figure.

Mistaken id, arbitrary, capricious, lack of due process. The inaccurate addition to the list is quite possible in a lot of cases. How’d you get on it? Who knows. How do you get off it. Your mom found out and it ain’t easy apparently.
