Yes, Rush has talked about meeting Donna Summer and her husband, and being told that they were dittoheads.
By that point in her life Summer had moved to Nashville and had been recording country music. She cut Love to Love You in the 70’s after a stint on the disco circuit in the Netherlands. She said when she got back to Boston her father slapped her across the face. I suppose she started becoming a Conservative after that.
