If you insist on dancing and celebrating over the graves of the fallen freepers (most of whom were solid, Christian, social and fiscal conservatives who were not willing to compromise ) then it is to your shame.

By your logic (since you did invoke the example of Hiroshima), we should have been perfectly happy to let the Japanese dictate the terms of their surrender after we dropped two nukes on them, right?

The vanquished have no such privileges. They chose unwisely and have to endure the consequences of their shortsightedness.

Oh, for God’s sake! To compare kicked-out freepers to ‘the fallen’ is the silliest exaggeration I’ve seen yet! During the Rick Perry fracas back in ‘12, I was warned repeatedly that I was a bad ‘un for constantly invoking images of Brokeback Mountain Rick (Perry). I also got slammed once or twice for my initial support of Guiliani back in ‘08. But, wisely, I stopped enraging the powers that be, and I’m still here. Well, at least, I’m here today...
