however, thinking about it further, it appears from the word for soul “Nephesh” that is takes ‘breath’ in order for the soul to be present I believe- Although there is a thought that aborted fetuses and even eggs that do not survive to completion, go to be with God- but I don’t know the arguments for either of those cases- It seems more plausible that the soul needs breath in order to be present
But another thought is that God does wish to share His glory with many- and perhaps, all it takes is a ‘spark of the soul’ for ‘life’ to happen in the eternal realm (after the spark, maybe the spirit is fully instilled ‘at breath’, but perhaps just a spark is all that is needed in order for that ‘almost being’ to be present with God for eternity- a wild thought i know-) - perhaps, and hti is just a thought, God uses failed pregnancies, and perhaps even ‘sparks’ in non viable eggs, to produce ‘beings’ that will inhabit Heaven with Him- If so, these are the lucky beings- never having to deal with sin and trials etc-
Meh- what if, what if- perhaps=-
I am assuming that egg + sperm = life,
and that egg + enzyme (without sperm) ≠ life.
That seems to be a good match to experience.
