glad to hear about the crowd!
We were looking into the egg thing - I wanted an Italian pizza oven but was thinking a multi-tasker would make more sense. But I really want to cook with wood since when the economy collapses those charcoal bits may not be available or affordable. So i’m back to plan A.
My s-i-l swears by it and he should know. :-)
