In a mixture of butter and garlic flavored olive oil ( yes, you can use plain old olive oil too ) suatee minced 2 large shallot bulbs and 2 or three cloves of garlic until translucent.

Add more butter and add shelled and peeled 1 lb. large shrimp, cook until 1/2 done, add 1/2 cup of good Italian white wine, 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, 4 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce ( yes, you can add a bit more of each, but you'll be sorry ), and just before the shrimp are thoroughly cooked, add MORE butter and then sprinkle some Italian flavored bread crumbs and then spoon over Angel Hair pasta or Linguini.

Sounds delicious! thanks for the recipe - I have to go to the grocery store and I’m going to pick up linguini and shrimp.
