I listened to Rush in the car a little today - he seemed to back away from a Cruz-only stance and started talking about Trump without bashing him.
A caller pointed out how Rush was changing tune and Rush said he always liked Trump, LOL! I’d have more respect if he’d be honest.
Way back, Rush DID seem to like Trump. It’s like someone changed his mind and he went all out Rubio, then Cruz.
He must have said that later in the show, because I shut him off at about 12:30. It was “this isn’t over tonight, Ted still has a chance, this was all factored in,” blah, blah.
Then he went into another defense of St. Ted’s CO strategy.
I don’t think I have ever in my life turned off Rush because I didn’t like what he was saying-—maybe because I found a topic boring, or because he had a kid on loving on his books. But not because I thought he was so wrong I couldn’t stand it. But that’s where it finally went today.
