Oh, yeah. Cruz utterly annoys me. Now I know why his colleagues felt that way about him. The guy grew up in a very dysfunctional household, and probably didn’t have the best moral compass. I think he therefore was good at conning people. And debate is where you hone that. He found that he could persuade people with a few words. He goes to law school. The over achiever.
