Cruz is on the verge of getting shutout for any delegates in Rhode Island. He’s at 10.1%. He needs 10% to qualify to win a delegate. However, Trump is at 66.5% (needs 67% per CD) in RI and may pickup 1 or 2 more delegates in the state.
