All this from one flimsy, after the fact poll?
I’m a District Captain and attended Caucus with 3 other Districts, covering 25 precincts.
Most took “unofficial straw polls” and NONE had anymore than minor support for Trump.
That is why Cruz slates were voted into County Assembly, and then on to State and Congressional District Assemblies.
If Trump had the support you suggest, then all that was required was to get the supporters off of their butts and into caucus to elect delegates.
Whining about lack of a direct vote is neither smart or productive.
You protest too much. The poll I cited is the only one taken during the crucial time frame, and it shows Trump walloping Cruz. If you have a better poll, post it. Meanwhile, stop whining that the voters were given an opportunity to express a preference. That’s not illegal...yet.
‘The chairwoman of the Boulder County GOP has admitted that grave errors affected the Colorado Republican caucus, in which Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)97%
won a clean sweep of 34 delegates without opening up the process to voting by everyday citizens.’
